Description

MIXO® Foam is a chemical blend of organic compounds intended to assist the generation of stabilized air- entrainment during the production of low-density concrete and mortar systems. MIXO® Foam is specifically intended for the production of low-density mortar systems such as perlite and vermiculite. MIXO® Foam is suitable for use in combination with various types of foam generating equipment, especially equipment that generates foam via air pressure. Foamed concrete made using MIXO® Foam is lightweight and free flowing. It can
be placed easily, by pumping if necessary, and does not require compaction, vibration, or leveling. It has superior strength, excellent resistance to water and frost, and provides a high level of sound and thermal insulation. Its heat conductivity is only about 5-20% that of dense concrete. MIXO® Foam can also be used as a normal air- entraining agent for conventional concrete and mortars.

Shelf life

12 months storage life if stored in its original unopened
containers under a dry and shaded place in a
temperature from 2 o C to 50 o C.
