It comprises of residential units, hotels and administrative buildings and is one of the most effective proposed development plans in terms of rehabilitating previously existing facilities that were demolished in the process of the holy Nabawi mosque expansions. It encompasses ministry administrative offices, Omar, tourism and luggage handling management facilities.
